The community spans 130th to 135th streets on the bayside and boasts mobile and stick built homes on the direct bayfront, canal front and interior lots. A shopping center complete with food store and dining is at the 130th street community entrance. Sports, recreation and trails are a few short blocks away at Ocean City's Northside Park. The beach and ocean await across Coastal Highway via the well lit intersection with crosswalk. The community includes off-street parking for each home, fishing and crabbing areas, 8 acre pond sanctuary with walking/jogging path, and 5 acre park next to the pond sanctuary. Amenities include two outdoor pools, two outdoor tennis courts and miniature golf course. Some homes are NON-SMOKING and some include boat docking either in a slip or along the bulkhead (shallow draft). Some properties permit pets with a paid pet fee and many accept daily rentals with a 2-3 night minimum. Master bath has shower and toilet only. 0.2 mile to pool/tennis courts.
