The young man at the desk during check in was very rude and unprofessional. He acted annoyed and answered or gave instructions with the least amount of effort, one word at best. I do want to acknowledge the gentleman I spoke with the next morning when asking about clean towels was very polite and helpful. The property is in dire need of repairs and upgrades. There was a lot of broken, damaged, falling apart furniture and fixtures in our unit. Overall enough space for the family and we did enjoy our vacation, however I wouldn’t book here again unless some maintenance was done.

Room was terrible...and was unavailable to be switched out. Awaiting a refund, will see how long that takes. Building set to be demolished and rebuilt....wish that information was available before booking. This until renovation is complete should not even be an option thru expedia

Worse experience I have ever had it was smalls and musty outdated and run down my son actually got stuck in the elevator between floors and maintenance had to get him out twice our electricity went out in our room and once the pool was locked 2 hours early I brought this to their attention every time and absolutely nothing was done once I went to the front desk about no electricity and there was a note with a phone number to call no one was even there I have never had such a terrible experience on vacation as this one and they could care less

We asked our entire stay if someone could come clean our room, can we get towels, our child found pills under her bed and a vape after she dropped her phone behind the bed, we also displayed multiple roaches. I asked for a manager a few times nobody came or contacted us it’s a great location the price is ok but the stay was a little miserable for us no elevator didn’t help

Old old hotel

It’s a good hotel for being so old. After talking with someone who has been going to OC for yeaaars… i learned that this hotel is very VERY old so I’m not entirely surprised by its condition. However just like anything… upgrades are needed. The elevator scared me a bit. Wallpaper, or paint, was peeling from the walls. The bed was insanely hard (but i know some people like that… just not me). But the overall the cleanliness is good and i will say the people who run the place are the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve met at a hotel!

Staff was great! Hotel was old and beat up. Door barely locked. Shower had a trickle of water. Window blinds barely covered windows while having a walkway and other building right next door.

AC strength was weak. Apartment was 80° inside when it was set for 68°. (100° outside) Filthy carpets throughout. Extremely outdated property. Only good is location (right on boardwalk) and the 3br apartment was huge.

I've stayed with the majestic several times in the past. It's a good apartment rental for me because I don't spend a lot of time inside. It's a little dated but they keep it clean. And I'm normally just looking for somewhere to sleep, shower, and charge my phone. The air conditioning was not very strong and one of the bedrooms. And the bedrooms were not separate from each other; you had to walk through bedroom one to get to bedroom 2. Other than that it was a good rental and I didn't have any problems

I gave this hotel a 1 because there wasn't ana option for 0. I liked that they had ac that worked and a stove that worked because nothing else worked in the whole hotel. Our fridge was broken the light sockets were junk the plugs just fell out was suppose to have TV and Wi-Fi which both didn't work either . I tried to get a partial refund and they run you around saying the manager is not in call back tomorrow and they avoid any issues you have. Was told that that don't handle any complaints your on your own to deal with them unless someone falls from the banister or.aomwrjinhbod that nature.( Which the railings are lose and the structure is falling apart) Saw several ppl write dump on the side of the building. Also if is known for critters such as bed bugs.

I request from you a refund part of the room’s reservation fee, because the toilet wasn’t working properly and while we took our bath, the water run from warm to completely cold, without adjusting the temperature.Rhis wasn’t a nice experience, that is why I deserve to receive part of the money that I spent back.
