First of all my key pad was taped on and I was told not to worry about it The bathroom wasn’t cleaned , I love you written on mirror wasnt me or my child ! hair everywhere even up shower wall ! bathtub peeling , toilet wouldn’t flush … seriously ??

The guests in the room next to us smoked on the balcony. No smoking signs should have been more available. Their smoking deterred us from enjoying our balcony for the 2 nights they were there.

Happy with the whole experience

I was lucky to have come across Mr. Eric Land, the Assistant Manager, who helped me with the room I wanted and greeted me warmly every time we saw each other. The Hotel is in a good location. There is a little distance to the boardwalk, about a 5-minute walk. Very beautiful view of the ocean from the room balcony. I would definitely want to go and stay there again.

Found a roach in our room. Then we moved to a new room and floor and the next day asked for the housekeeper to clean our room while we were gone the entire day and when we came back the room was never cleaned. Not a clean place to stay and the only good thing about this place is the view of the ocean

Completely dissatisfied with this hotel. Room was dirty, bathroom was a total mess. Cleaning people tried to enter my room without knocking. Patio door handle to balcony was broken. Room had sand on couch, trash on floor
