DOWNTOWN Ocean City 3 bedroom modern townhouse in one of the best locations you will find - just a couple of blocks away from the famous boardwalk, beach and Atlantic Ocean! You'll love being walking distance to historical restaurants, rides, and arcades. You're just 1 block to the bay and 2 blocks to the ocean - close to everything downtown. There's plenty of room for everyone on the open main level which includes a large living room, kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and dining seating for 9 people. On the upper level, the main bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has a pyramid style bunk bed with a full sized bed on the bottom and a twin sized on the top. The living room also includes a queen sleep sofa so you can sleep 9 people comfortably.

This townhouse also has 2 full bathrooms, with one on the main level and another on the second level. There are smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) Other amenities include central air conditioning, wifi/high speed internet, a washer and dryer and 2 assigned under cover parking spots. The entry is on the second level of the building (under cover parking is on the first floor) and there is no elevator in the building. You'll also have two under cover, assigned parking spaces.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $145. Guests must supply all soap and paper products.
