I love that you don’t have to find parking it was a lot of opening spots and very convenient plus alot of food options around the area and very quiet nice pool but bed was little hard but it did for 1 day the price wasn’t bad

BEWARE!

DIRTY! Our room was disgusting, the tub was leaking, the ac didn’t work, the indoor pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom and the smell in the pool room was unbearable. Hair in the sheets, dirty walls. The list goes on. We lasted 45 minutes in the room and checked out. Booked a stay at Home2 Suites and it was amazing there.

Moved us to a nicer room with a view. Maintenance came immediately after being called. Fixed everything needed.

I have been going there for about 6 years now and this is the first time i have encountered the staff just walking into my room without knocking when we were asleep or in the shower. It made me feel so uncomfortable.

My husband is disable and not very mobile. He likes to watch TV to relax. The cable went out the second night of our stay and was out over 24 hours. The staff seemed unconcerned about the inconvenience and they were not staffed well enough for repairmen to be available overnight. The balconey door didn't lock, and they never sent anyone to fix it. The microwave was old and didn't work well. The room was spacious, but not well maintained. We used to love staying at this hotel, but we will not stay there again. Very sad to see the decline.

Staff was very nice and took initiative to ensure our atay was good. After the first night i purchased the room that had the connecting door and Marvin helped me to get the room booked for an warly arrival.
