We booked this hotel through a third party app and we checked in after midnight on a Saturday night so this might not have been one of the best rooms in the hotel. There were several long black human hairs on the beds. There was also a slight musty odor from the A/C unit (which is common in Florida). Otherwise the room and most other areas of the hotel were in decent shape.
Traveled from GA to FL once I arrived at the hotel at 2:00am customer service was awful and my room was infected with bugs. I went to go get hotel staff came in to check the room and was basically told that the bugs was dead but if I wanted to change rooms I can… well duhh I want a different room ma’am dahelly!!! I didn’t pay $100+ to sleep uncomfortably with roaches…
Staff was wonderful, helping me Check-in and the location was fine for and one night stay as I was driving up to Georgia.I did notice that the exterior safety door did never seem to properly latch at night for safety.
Room was adequate and bed comfortable.
The room had a bad mildew smell. The bedd were uncomfortable and noise traveled. Was also surprised there was no type of breakfast. We only stayed one night so it served it's purpose.
The safe in the room was locked. 3 different people tried to get it unlocked without success.
Since only staying 2 nights tried to tell housekeeper no need to clean room but both of them did not speak any English. I believe bi-lingual and more is wonderful however if work in customer service related field you should be able to speak English as well as your native language. Not fluently but able to have conversation with paying guest in the Country's language.
