Gezellig appartement met heel veel ruimte, een vide en een overdekt balkon. Alles nog nieuw en modern. Geen kookplaat, wel magnetron en waterkoker, koffiemachine. Eten kan in het restaurant beneden en is traditioneel Beiers. Daar is de historie van het gebouw nog goed te zien.
