Room was kept very clean and the staff very kind. The room had no outside window which made it dark. The hotel has many rules. One example is a charge for getting towels dirty (makeup). They should provide make up remover wipes.

Incredibly accommodating throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to make everything easy and comfortable.
