I booked this hotel for a concert at Lucas Oil because of the great location, but everything else was a disaster. No one was at the front desk for about 10 minutes when we arrived. The luggage cart had a flat tire, the TV didn’t work, and the bed had dirty sheets. The front desk clerk, Adam, told me to come get clean sheets and change them myself because he was the only one there. The chair in the room was broken and unsafe to sit in. I never received a call back from the manager, even after multiple attempts. The conditions was unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The front desk staff person was very nice upon check in and check out. Very nice place where I would stay again. Good value.

We had to wait 10-15 minutes before we could get someone to check us in no one was at the front desk!! Rooms could have been way better for how much we paid for them!!

Room was not clean. Thermostat was not functioning .No heat. Upon requesting assistance it was obvious that the staff was not going to be able to repair thermostat or supply heat. They could not refund money due to using expedia. So, they moved us to a 2nd floor room which I didnt want because my brother is disabled. The room #220 once again no heat . Nightmare of a stay.

The room was very spacious,and the staff was friendly.however they had an infestation of roaches,and when I told the front desk,they said they sprayed that morning..The bugs weren't dead and greated us as we left!

We came to stay here for a concert on Friday checked in the room it was clean check in was good when the receptionist finally got to the desk however that night after we returned to room Friday night and was leaving the button in elevator 3rd floor would not push or light up it was going in and out the day of departure with lour loaded luggage same thing elevator did not work my family that left before us told us it didn’t work for them also and for us to call downstairs to ring desk to send elevator up so we did and it was sent up HOWEVER WHEN WE GOT TO DESK TO CHECKOUT WE TOLD THE RECEPTIONIST A YOUNG GIRL THAT IT WASNT WORKING AND HER RESPONSE AND ATTITUDE ALMOST TOOK ME THERE SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL NEEDED TO BE IN THE KITCHEN AND NOT DESK SHE TOLD ME YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ARE THE ONLY ONES COMPLAINING ABOUT THE ELEVATOR (SAID IT 4) times LIKE WE WERE LYING OR SOMETHING IT REALLY PISSED ME OFF HER LACK OF UNCONCERNED SHE ALSO HAD A NEWBORN BABY IN A STROLLER ROCKING IT BACK FORTH AND A TODDLER ABOUT 2 YEARS OLD STIL IN PAJAMAS BEHIND THE DESK WITH HER WHO WAS WHINING AND CRYING THIS WAS NOT A GOOD LOOK THATS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A PROFESSIONAL SETTING GET RID OF HER NOW SHE TREATS GUEST LIKE DIRT I WILL NEVER GO BACK ONLY REASON I DIDNT LET HER HAVE IT IS BECAUSE OF THE KIDS GET OFF YOUR ASS AND GO CHECK THE COMPLAINT NEXT TIME INSTEAD OF CALLING US LIARS !!
