This place is the complete opposite of a luxury oasis. As soon as we walked in, it reeked of mold and mildew. Everything felt damp. There was mold and dirt in the corners, window and fan in the bathroom. The floors were dusty and dirty. Everything felt grimy. Then to top it off, the bed was broken. The mattress was completely sunken in on the top left corner. The place was also further from where it appears on the map when you book it and not in a nice spot. This was false advertising. While we did checkout early and get a refund for one night, we were still charged a 100 cleaning fee. Do not stay here.

I have stayed at this property and the one next door twice, and will be happy to stay here every time I visit Hayward. Clean and everything needed is provided. Thank you for the hospitality.

* Very clean *

Wonderfully clean and stylishly decorated. Really nice kitchen supplies. Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs for when the train runs by the property. Good taqueria across the street. Thank you!
