Make memories of a lifetime at this unique and cozy family-pet-friendly private lakefront on Messalonskee. Beautifully manicured lawn/gardens with a fire pit surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature. A large dock to take in the spectacular views of bald eagles, loons, and blue herons. Owners boat is attached for occasional boat rides. This guesthouse is newly built with a covered porch overlooking the serene lake. Comes w/3 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a paddle boat, life jackets, and a canoe. As well as lawn Yahtzee, glow in the dark jarts, large jenga, Corn Hole game, boxing gloves, and punching bag. For the rainy day, relax nestled with a book, board game, puzzle, or play Xbox console. Make some popcorn with an old fashion kart and enjoy a movie.
There's a private patio. A kitchenette is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a desk and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.
Enjoy recreation amenities such as a water park or take in the view from a garden.
