On the east side of the home, the ocean-facing bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and the full bathroom has a standard tub/shower combo and hall access. On the west side of the home, the second bathroom offers the same layout and is located between the remaining two bedrooms. The oceanfront room on this side also provides a queen bed, while the streetside bedroom has two twins. All bedrooms as well as the common areas offer ceiling fans for your comfort, and you’ll find hardwood floors throughout the home with the exception of tiled bathrooms.

Outside, the partially covered front porch offers glimpses of the Atlantic and furniture for dining or relaxing and wraps around one side of the home to a generous back deck where you can soak in the sunshine. Look out over the grassy backyard, where a small copse of trees shades an attractive seating area with a natural bench fashioned from a fallen trunk. Play corn hole together while the kids ride on the rope swing.

Under the home, a porch swing provides the perfect shady spot to sway and listen to the waves, while an enclosed outdoor shower makes rinsing off after visiting the beach quick and easy. Speaking of the beach, you’ll be on the sand in moments each day thanks to a beach access point roughly 400 feet from your front door.
