Feel the sand between your toes with a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of OKI. Beach Please is a spacious 2BR/2BA condo with a comfortably furnished floor plan perfect for a family vacation or couple’s retreat. Boasting a fully equipped kitchen, 2 king beds plus a twin bunk bed this condo provides a cozy spot for renters looking to unwind and relax. Centrally located in the heart of Oak Island-steps away from the pool, beach, grocery store, restaurants, shopping, ice cream and so much more!

Beach Please is nestled in the east beach area of Oak Island-close to several local restaurants, beach accesses, shopping, grocery stores and more. As you open the door you are greeted with new luxury vinyl plank flooring and a coastal coat rack. Moving forward you will see both bedrooms to your left and right that have been set up as two masters, and have been tastefully furnished with a spacious layout. The master bedroom contains one king bed as well as two twin beds (bunks) and cable TV, an en suite master bathroom as well as a walk in closet that includes a chest of drawers. The second bedroom also contains a king bed, dresser and cable TV with an en suite bathroom that also opens into the hallway. Both bathrooms contain oversized vanities and stall showers with shower caddies.

As you head into the full size kitchen stocked with all of the essentials, you will pass the closet that houses the in-unit washer/dryer combo. Enjoy your meals at the eat in bar and bistro style table, we have also included a high chair for children. Finally, finish off the day relaxing on the comfortable couch and loveseat watching your favorite shows on the 58” Roku smart TV. There is a community pool that is open seasonally, which also offers many lounge chairs as well as tables and chairs. Beach Please is in an extremely convenient location-close to the pool and there is an elevator only steps away. Two covered parking spots are included directly under the unit, with additional guest spaces located around the parking area.

We take great pride in providing a clean, sanitized, well organized home. Our quality linens (sheets/towels) are properly placed just before your arrival. To get you started, we have provided a small welcome package with a sponge, mini dish soap, dishwasher and washing machine pods. We have stocked a guest binder full with information-menus, pamphlets, brochures with all types of eating and activities, located in the first kitchen drawer. We hope you will come enjoy our cozy beach getaway and make memories of your own like we have on OKI!

You will have access to the entire condo, as well as the grounds of the complex. The complex has a pool that is just for owners and guests, and it is open seasonally. There are also multiple grills and picnic areas available for your use and enjoyment. And of course, who could forget the beach!

Ocean Walk Condominium Complex is made up of other rental properties as well as full-time residents. We ask that you please be respectful of the other guests and owners on the property.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. The location was great and very central to everything. Very close to the pool, if the weather allows. Condo was exactly as pictured, with new appliances and comfortable beds. Cleanest condo ever!

Our family loved the condo! It was spacious and immaculate. Was a little disappointed that there wasn't an actual sitting balcony but that's on me for not looking at the pictures more closely. It was wonderful having an elevator! Highly recommend.

Prepare to make your own bed!

The positives: - Very close to beach access point at SE 58th St- Sleeps a lot of people- Has enough linens and shower towels for everyone- Washer/dryer when you are by the beach is nice to have!The negatives:- I did not expect that we would need to put the linens on the beds upon arrival! Why were the beds made with blankets? This indicated that the beds were ready for sleeping, but then we needed to remove the blankets and put the sheets on!- There are a lot of cleaning instructions to follow, including taking the trash out to the dumpster, taking linens off the beds (after having to put them on yourself at the beginning of your stay), starting a load of laundry before leaving, etc. This is all on top of having a cleaning fee.- There are no toiletries besides antibacterial hand soap. So there is no body wash or shampoo/conditioner in the shower, which seems like a must for a beach location.Comments that did not affect my rating, but something for the hosts to consider:- Though the instructions are to remove all food, it would have been nice if some cooking oil or butter had been left by a previous guest (for frying eggs, etc). - There are no beach items for general use (beach chairs, body boards). Obviously this is not an expectation, I've just stayed at places that provided these for the beach which was nice.

Beautiful condo. The negatives are: A lot of steps. I also felt like the beds should have been made before we arrived. Our granddaughter was asleep and we had to get sheets on the bed to lay her down. Also, the beach is a bit of a walk.

Perfect spot for a fun girls weekend!

We had a wonderful time for our 4th annual girls trip to Oak Island! The condo was spacious, well maintained, beautifully decorated, well stocked, comfortable and clean! The location was perfect with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Public beach access was just a few steps away! We will definitely be back!!

Great Time at Oak Island

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Please. Everything was wonderful and the location was great. Very short walk to the beach. The condo was more spacious than we thought it was going to be. It was very clean and had everything we could want. I was a little taken aback that we had to make our own beds. Have never had to do that before that I can recall, but not a huge deal. I definitely recommend!
