The Pequot was a perfect place to stay in Oak Bluffs, close to the beach and shopping, restaurants, tourist spots. Yet, it was tucked away on a quiet street full of cute gingerbread style homes. The hotel had a good size front porch to relax on and a charming lobby. The free breakfast had a nice variety and good coffee.The facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Made you feel very welcome. The hotel was a great place to stay for a true Vineyard experience!

This is an amazing property. It is my second stay there… The staff are just lovely. The room was very quiet and had everything we needed. They do provide beach towels and beach chairs complementary should you need them. They do not have a place to store your luggage. Should you arrive early or depart late. They keep it in the lobby and it is definitely watched by the staff for your security. This hotel is a short walk to Oak Bluff, shopping and restaurants and steps to the beach I will be back and I highly recommend it!

Everything was great! Staff is very helpful, cordial and always with a big smile, breakfast was delicious, hotel was clean and with comfortable bed/pillows! Front porch with rocking chairs is very inviting for a relaxing after beach afternoon and can enjoy the breeze while reading a book ir sipping some wine!! We will go back for sure! This was our last stay on our vacation before heading home to CA. This hotel was the perfect ending! The room is TINY, but you have everything you need and the bed is very comfy. The staff is very kind. Cute dining area, lobby and patio. They also offered a walking tour one afternoon which was great! And, we had a happy hour another night with live music. Could not have been any better, especially given the fair price for the room. We highly recommend The Picquot!

Love the location and the ‘quaintness’ of the hotel, the breakfast is good, the people there are SO NICE! My room had carpeting so that was just a little musty smelling, but after I open the windows, everything was fine

Loved the room with a balcony outdoors. Spent the afternoon soaking up the sun and fresh air. The cheese, fruit, wine and music was a nice touch for the early evening hours. The location is walkable to the ferry, dining and shopping. Overall, a great stay.

first time visiting mv and stayed in rm 41. small but cozy room. hotel is near everywhere in oak bluff. enjoyed free breakfast, complimentary walking tour and cheese and wine after. short walk to the beach to view sunrise and sunset. a was loud but luckily weather was cool enough not to use it during our stay in May.
