The first time I tried to stay here the door code they provided did not work. Customer service is horrendous, you have to message them on WhatsApp and getting a reply takes an hour. I got a second code and it still didn’t work. They didn’t reply after this so I had to call Expedia who then booked me at another hotel.
I accidentally booked this place again on my next trip and the code worked. I woke up at 1 am for an early train but couldn’t leave the hotel because all of the exits leaving the courtyard were gated off. There were buttons which I assume were there to open the gates but they did nothing. After twenty minutes of trying to get a hold of customer service on WhatsApp, I found a small red string hanging by a wall which I pulled and the gate opened. Nearly missed my train. This place is horribly run. An absolute horror show of an operation.
