The hotel was nice. The breakfast was great. The pool and spa were ok. The area around the property could be better. Windows in rooms could be better at eliminating noise from the main thoroughfare.

The hotel was very busy so that one had to wait in line for a simple question (no one answered the phone when we called down from the room). Elevators were busy too. Location was great when arriving by train.

Enjoy staying in this place. The room was great for my family we were happily surprise on how much space we had. Great location! Walking distance from the Christmas market and a lot of nice little shops. The kids were happy to use the nice and clean pool. Breakfast was great, the little make your own waffle machine was our favorite, however dinner was ok, while waiting to be seated the waiter informed us that the kitchen was close even though closing time was an hour in a half later. We decided to stay and just order drinks.. a different waiter came to take our order and gave us the option to order food. Not sure why different information was given. German beer on tap was great.
