Very limited facilities , tv channels advertised didn’t work, only a few paper cups, no other drink making facilities. Only one plug on one side of the bed. Beds had a mattress topper on but this frequently moved and was uncomfortable. Only one pillow which is very uncomfortable and lumpy. The additional one we asked for was the same. Have been in less expensive premier inns which where much more comfortable with better facilities. Not worth the money per night

It is very close to the train station and many restaurants, the old town and supermarket (aldi). It serves its purpose very well for a couple of nights’ stay for our family. The air con works excellently on those scorching days in high summer.

Only best thing is its location. The room smelled of mold and cigarette smoke. Extremely small toilet and bathroom. Room cleaning is just changing the towels. The beds, pillows and duvets are so small that you can't even cover yourself. Air conditioning is terrible that doesn’t cool your room even if it works. Breakfast is too pricey and basic. The room rate is too expensive for the service provided.

Poor customer care

We were not actually able to stay at this property. I booked the room one day early by mistake. Within minutes of realizing my error I contacted Hotels.com to try to change the date of arrival by one day. The hotel refused to make the change under the reason that it was a non-refundable rate. I did not want a refund, I wanted the date of stay adjusted by one day. We tried a second time with Hotels.com, refused again. We asked our family in Germany to call the hotel directly, refused one more time. We will not again make a reservation at a B&B property anywhere.
