I had a good time in this place but they didn’t deliver on their promises when it comes to the 24/7 shuttle. The location was good and the breakfast was great too. The guys in the kitchen were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very polite and clean. They will serve varieties of food every morning with smiles. I enjoyed every bite of the meal I had there. I would have given them more stars but they tricked me into paying for my own taxi to the airport when I was leaving. The booked a taxi for me and asked the driver to collect money from me at the airport even though they told me the night I spoke to them about dropping me off that they’re going to pay for my taxi. So keep it in mind that you’re barely going to use their shuttle service because they only have few hours on their booking records. 7am, 9am, 11am and 1pm. This makes it impossible for anyone to get a ride to anywhere with their shuttle so prepare to use uber. Please don’t use taxi in Puerto Vallarta if you really can avoid it because they’re very expensive. Set up your uber app to charge you in dollars and use uber at Puerto Vallarta. Watch out for their house keeping people because they will use your old bedsheets to make up your bed if you don’t pay attention. I experienced it and called them back to change the bedsheets with a freshly cleaned ones. The hotel is clean and the people are friendly. I was their for a week and only used the shuttle once. I used uber throughout my stay.

Pros: Staff was always friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was outstanding each day. The room was clean. Cons: No onsite restaurant for dinner. The tile floor in the shower is very slick and dangerous, needing to be replaced with rough surface tile, a shower mat, and grab bars to make the shower safe. Wash cloths aren't automatically provided and getting them was difficult. The permanently placed shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion in the bathroom are annoying and take up space for my own products. The hotel is land locked by highways making the location unwalkable and a problem I didn't realize when I made the reservation. This makes walking to a nearby restaurant for dinner basically impossible. The noise from the highway was very noticeable when trying sleep. Overall: Still a positive experience and would consider returning on my next trip.

If you're looking for an off resort experience between PV and Nuevo this is a good option. The hotel/room was very clean and modern. The pool area is also a nice place to be. Ivan really made the stay complete, whether it be in the lounge or at the pool. He really cares about his guests and their experience while they're at the hotel. Thanks Ivan!
