The hotel was very safe, and the staff was always very friendly. The only complaints I have are that the lounge chairs in the beach area were very old/dirty, and that the restaurants only opened on certain days. But even with all that, our experience was very pleasant. El hotel muy seguro, el personal muy amable siempre, las únicas quejas que tengo es que los camastros en el área de playa estaban muy viejos/sucios y el hecho de que los restaurante solo abrían determinados días. Pero con todo y eso nuestra experiencia fue muy placentera.

Room service times were excessive. Up to an hour. Even for just coffee. Left early for the day arrived back at 315 pm. Room not cleaned. Had to make several requests as we were told 10 minutes each time. A room clean by 5 pm is just too late. Would not allow us to checkout as my wife went shopping and when I checked out, they would not allow a checkout as her bracelet was required. Waited 20 minutes to checkout as the focus was early check in customers. Staff in pool area and restaurants were great. Food was good. I understand Fiesta Americana is implementing changes as they recent acquired this Wyndham hotel. Overall friendly but no interest or sense of urgency to their areas of opportunity.

I have a great time, love the place, my only comment is to have a more friendly Senior walks, example in the Ventanas restaurant my mom is a senior 73 and have difficulty to climb stairs and it was no other way to get in to the restaurant even though is a ramp in the outside we couldn't used the outside door.

First off, my 4year old son got in the pool and got his toe injured and bloodied with a nail in the pool, coz they were installing a bridge for the pool in the middle of the day, so no safety there. Second off there were roaches in our room and the sink and the knobs were in awful shape. Third off none of the specialty restaurant were up to the task with a below par food, and the main buffet with limited food and mostly low quality food. Finally, shortage of bottled water, as every room was limited to four small bottles per day, in that hot and humid weather. We complained to the manager about everything that I mentioned above, but in return he answered that we picked a wrong season to travel to this hotel, how stupid is that answer!!! and finally at the end, this property does not even deserve a star, coz we have been to a lot of hotels around the world and by far this was the WORST.

An excellent all inclusive resort with excellent service. The buffet and the Italian restaurant were the best of the restaurants. Room service included was nice touch. Great pools and beach area. Very friendly and attentive staff.
