The Space:

The setting invites you to ease into a relaxed coastal pace, with beach access and resort amenities just moments away.



Sleeping arrangements

This single level condo accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom, 2 beds, and 1 bath. The space is designed for comfort and practicality, with air conditioning to keep things cool in the tropical climate. Bed linens, clothing storage, hangers, an iron, a safe, and a mosquito net are provided, along with a washer for added convenience during longer stays. Long term stays are allowed for 28 days or more.

A dedicated kitchen space allows you to prepare meals with ease, whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner at home. The dining table creates a comfortable spot to gather, while the layout supports simple, everyday living throughout your stay.



Outdoor living & resort access

Step outside to your private patio or balcony, furnished for outdoor dining and quiet moments in the open air. A private BBQ grill adds the option for casual meals outside, while the backyard - an open shared space on the property - extends the outdoor setting. Guests also enjoy beach access nearby and free resort access, including a pool, making it easy to move between ocean, pool, and garden surroundings throughout the day.

Entertainment includes a TV and board games, and a range of family-friendly amenities such as a paid crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, high chair, baby bath, and changing table are available. A private entrance provides added independence, and self check-in with a keypad ensures smooth arrivals. The building includes an elevator, and the home’s single level layout means no stairs inside.

From sunrise over the bay to evenings listening to the tide, the surroundings offer a steady connection to the Pacific coast.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no.__4__ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:

Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.

-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 2 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 10 * dlls extra per person per night.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.
