The Space:

The sound of the ocean drifts in as warm coastal air moves through the space, creating an easy rhythm from morning to evening. Step onto the balcony and take in the garden surroundings with glimpses of the nearby water, where slow mornings and relaxed afternoons naturally unfold between beach walks and pool time.



The space

This entire condo at Aria Ocean is designed for comfort and simplicity, accommodating up to four guests. With two bedrooms, three beds, and two full bathrooms, the layout supports both shared time and personal space. The single-level home is accessible by elevator, with no stairs inside, making it easy to move throughout the space. Central air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable, while natural light filters through the living areas.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms offer restful spaces with cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and closet storage. Extra pillows and blankets are available, and the layout includes three beds in total. For those traveling with little ones, a paid crib and Pack ’n play/Travel crib are available.



Living & indoor comforts

The living areas provide a relaxed setting between outings, supported by Wifi and Smart TVs. A safe is available for personal belongings, and essentials are provided to help you settle in with ease.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers a functional space for preparing meals during your stay, along with a dining table for shared moments. Please note that basic kitchen utensils are provided as tools only, not supplies, and items such as oil, salt, and pepper are not offered. A coffee maker, oven, stove, and other appliances support simple meal preparation.



Outdoor living & amenities

Step outside to your private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and a hammock, or enjoy time in the outdoor pool and shared common areas. The property is waterfront with shared beach access, allowing you to spend time by the ocean just steps away. Beach essentials are available, and outdoor features include an outdoor dining area and BBQ grill. Guests also have access to bikes, a kayak, and sun loungers for time spent outdoors.



Location & access

Located in Nuevo Vallarta, the condo offers a setting where ocean air and consistent tropical weather shape the experience year-round. Resort access is available, allowing guests to use nearby resort facilities. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking are offered, both subject to availability.



Services & additional details

Self check-in is available via keypad, and luggage dropoff is allowed for added flexibility. Long term stays of 28 days or more are permitted. A free washer and dryer are located in the unit for guest use. Cleaning is provided before and after your stay, with cleaning available during your stay for an additional service if needed.



The nightly rate covers 1 to 4 guests. Additional guests beyond this generate an extra charge of approximately 15 dollars per person per night, though total occupancy may not exceed four guests. Electricity consumption is included up to a set kilowatt allowance determined by season and unit size and shared after booking confirmation, with excess usage charged at 5 pesos per additional kilowatt. Pets are not allowed, and no unregistered guests or visitors are permitted.



Nuevo Vallarta is an actively developing area, and daytime construction noise may occur nearby. Due to the tropical environment, insects such as gnats may appear, and fumigation is performed before and after each reservation, with additional fumigation available during your stay if needed.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._8_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.

Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
