Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, dinette, TV and radio. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer and washing machine.
Lower floor: Cellar
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed.

Srednje Grčevje, 455 m above sea level. The holiday house is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Vineyard Cottage Janko & Metka is located on a quiet and peaceful vineyard hill above Otočec. The cottage is surrounded by vineyards and other vineyard cottages with a marvellous view of the surrounding hills and Krka river valley. Access is via a side road (unpaved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
