Went to my room TV had no connection The carpets were dirty no curtains daylight at 4 o’clock in the morning shower was good but couldn’t use it because the door was locked and they couldn’t get anyone to unlock it so didn’t even have a toilet but I have four beds I could make a cup of tea, but didn’t bother Because I couldn’t get into the bathroom during the night. Plus Big damp patch on the ceiling heating didn’t work. I would like to give this property a 1 out of 10 but I don’t think I can. I’m gonna have to give it zero. I paid £90. I think it’s worth £5 The place was filthy when I rung up to complain all I got was we’re very sorry. The bathroom door did open after you left when the maintenance man arrived to repair it. I never complain but please please everybody do not Stay here one night was too long. I would like to go on and on and on, but I better stop.
Hotel is very basic but clean and tidy. Reception staff were very helpful. The only problem was they tried to charge extra money until i showed proof of the rate given by hotels.com
For £153 for 3 nights out wasn't great! Shower and bedding was clean but the whole place needs updating, cleaning, painting,.. Paint coming away from the shower, black mould in my room.. Not great..
The hotel is run down and very basic. They give one pillow per bed, and wouldn’t give us a second one when asked for it. The towels are small, and the bathroom floor wasn’t clean. The shower head had black mould in the holes and the shower was really hot but not at all powerful. There was a fridge in the room which was cold. I booked a double and they gave me a twin-the beds were not joined together and were on castors which meant that my partner and I couldn’t really lay together without us falling into the gap. Overall, given it was cheap, it wasn’t awful, but not even giving two pillows on the bed or a hand towel for the bathroom meant it was a poor experience overall.

The receptionist Rajwinder was very helpful and courteous.
Trash - wouldn’t recommend. Didn’t get the room we paid for. Bathroom mouldy, room stank and door lock suspicious. Only positive it that it was cheapest in the area
I think hotels.com should tell people if it is being used as a homeless living place so people know where they are staying as we had a lady say oh we dont get many overnighters stay over as we all live here expecially when they a family with small children and its noise all night i warning would be nice.
To my astonishment, I have never encountered a hotel that was more unsanitary and disheveled than this one.
The customer service was exceptionally poor, and toiletries were not provided. Upon request for handwashing liquid or soup, they informed me that they were out of stock.
The blinds were broken, there were no curtains, and the window did not close properly and no hangers were available for cloth hanging.
Additionally, maintenance work was being carried out simultaneously with hotel room bookings.
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to a profoundly negative experience.
