Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The property we stayed in was NOT the property I booked. This was changed only an hour before we were due to get in. The property we stayed in was below par and not ready - there was wet paint and it smelled of paint throughout. This WAS NOT worth the money spent. The communication for changing properties was shoddy: a text message with NO explanation. Not good.
