Couldn’t get in or contact host

Poor instructions in advance and we scoured the whole area for the entrance or car park of the property. Called and texted the phone number given which was unable to connect. Contacted customer service who, to their credit, spent the next 2 hours also trying to contact the host to no avail. Finally gave up, went to our gig and had to book a hotel further away. Next morning and STILL haven’t had a response from the host. Now got to call back and sort a refund as it’s not done automatically. Avoid at all costs!
