The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of the beautiful city of Noto, capital of baroque and heritage site. The apartment covers the first floor of a building. Inside there is an antique style furniture, a lot of details and style furniture, dating from the last century, fully restored. The floor dates back to the end of '800, a finely decorated ceramic that stands out the style of the whole house. All infissimi are brand new, with two-chamber glass, ensuring excellent insulation from the outside, creating a quiet environment and without temperature changes, to make the most of the internal power Cooling capacity.

The kitchen is a reserved, small but functional in every aspect, the furniture that make up the fact, recently acquired including stove and refrigerator last generation. The bathroom is spacious, fully renovated and furnished, with health, washing machine, shower and a large mirror, all under a beautiful wooden roof which makes the pleasantly bright room.
The strategic location makes the house suited to meet the needs of our guests. Within walking distance there are supermarkets, pharmacies, and a wonderful course full of bars, restaurants, and traditional Sicilian rooms, where you can relax, immersed in a historical context unique in the world.
- At 100m it is possible to admire the splendor of the St. Nicholas Cathedral, followed Nicolaci palace headquarters of the town dating back to '700, the residence of the Prince of Golden Villa, reported the palace to its former glory, which gives the size of the wealth that the city has lived.
- A 4 km is possiblile enjoy the wonderful scenery that offer us the white beaches and crystal clear waters of Lido di Noto, a seaside area where the nightlife is also held for youngsters.
