Alternatively, hire a bike, also available locally, and discover the pretty villages and leafy lanes. A 10-minute drive will take you into Wroxham, the ’Capital of the Broads’, with its riverside cafés, restaurants, shops and train station. Fishing (seasonal) and RSPB nature reserves are close by, and the area is an excellent base for walking. BeWILDerwood Adventure Park, with its tree walks, zip wires and much more, is just a short drive away and is sure to keep the more adventures members of your party entertained! Alternatively, spend a day exploring the city of Norwich, 11 miles away. Close by there is a playing field, complete with children’s amenities. Beach 10 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.
