Arrival & Guest Access
We operate a remote check-in service. Prior to arrival, you will receive full access instructions for the property or your allocated rooms.
Property information will be provided via email, WhatsApp and hard copy within the house. Guests are welcome to contact the owners at any time using the details supplied. Staff remain available during your stay should any emergencies or queries arise.
Damage Deposit Waiver
A £100 non-refundable damage deposit waiver is mandatory for all direct bookings. Please ensure this is selected during the booking process. If omitted, the charge will be added to your reservation.
This does not apply to Airbnb or Booking.com reservations.
CCTV Notice
For the safety and security of guests and property, external CCTV cameras operate around the outside of the building. No cameras cover internal or private areas.

Norfolk Holiday Rentals are on call 24/7 during your stay. A £50 call-out charge may apply for non-emergency guest-related issues (for example, locked keys inside rooms).
