The room was filthy, housekeeping brought us a vacuum so and had us clean it ourselves. There was what sounded like a perpetual wrestling match in the room above us. The front desk worker said there was nothing they could do.

We are Hilton people and usually are very satisfied with our stays. This experience was awful. When we arrived there was a backup of cars trying to unload due to lack of luggage carts. We had to make multiple trips from the car to our room. In the lobby area was a very disruptive party going on. Loud. Someone on roller skates. We were trying to talk to the front desk attendant. And worst of all was the smell of pot in all the elevators, hallway to room and even seeping into our bedroom. We had to open the windows in our suite to lessen the smell. I walked through the halls with my coat over my mouth. The only front desk attendant was sweet but could not handle all that was going on. We did talk to her and she had to be interrupted by the barking dog and roller skating guest. It’s a shame because the room itself was nice. But, we would never stay here again.

The bathroom was unclean there was dirt in the shower. The pool was the reason we booked and had floating hair in it and the bottom was very dirty two different times dirty. Reported to desk couldn’t get it cleaned until next day. Front desk was very helpful though. But would not say this is of Hilton quality.

Quick in & out due to flight changes to next day very early departure. Excellent location for such a last minute issue. Property was clean, well maintained, friendly & helpful staff. A quiet evening with a very early wake up. Would stay here again whenever the need arises.
