Property had signs of dirtiness. There were untidy areas around the entrances (cigarette butts all over the ground), no trash reciprocals, and rat traps at the doors. The room was okay, although the tv did not work on most channels even after they fixed it. Breakfast is closer to Continental than full breakfast. This is clearly a foreign owned and operated hotel, so the standards of cleanliness was not as expected.

Good but amenities not accurate

The room was perfect for a short day to York. The hotel was exceptionally clean. However, the breakfast was nothing fancy just eat average hotel, breakfast waffles, etc. Also, there was no restaurant there was no bar and there was no lounge. I felt like this was misleading as the listening states they have it. I chose this location thinking I would be able to enjoy those type of amenities and they were not there.

Neither the TV or phone worked and someone from the front desk fixed it immediately. The clean towels had long pieces of hair in them and when I went to get new ones from the front desk, those had hair in them as well.

My room was clean and stocked with usual necessities…. TP, Soap, shampoo, towels etc…. We were playing sports at York EXPO center- Best Western was close with plenty of parking. Plenty of dining options within a 5 minute drive. Lots of stores close by if you forgot any items at home. Price was great for what I needed!! Definitely would choose to stay here again if in that area!

There were cheerleaders running around the halls at night, screaming, yelling and knocking on everyone's doors. We politely asked them twice to refrain, and had to follow up with two calls to the front desk before any action was taken. The children then followed up by bouncing on the metal platform beds for hours following.
