The concierge was SUPER rude and unhelpful. I had to wander the first floor because no direction was given to my room. I came later to ask about getting a receipt. She said I would get one upon check out. WHY. Just print out a receipt for me…I’ve already paid…Won’t ever stay here again, especially with so many new properties about.

I do not know how this hotel got a high rating. This hotel is very old. The room had a very strong smell. I had to leave the window open all night long to minimize the smell. The area felt unsafe. There were teenagers running in the parking lot and chasing cars, and people drinking outside the hotel entrance.

No elevators!

We were put on second floor. No elevators. Had a ton of luggage and cooler to drag upstairs. Not cool after long day on road. Otherwise hotel was fine.
