This 1 bedroom condo on the 7th floor in the Veranda's on Ocean Blvd. North Myrtle Beach, SC boasts ocean views, swimming pool, hot tub, lazy river, and walkable to Main St. This newly updated unit includes a comfortable Main Bedroom with 2 Queen beds, a spacious bathroom, and a fully furnished living room with balcony access, heating & air, and Wifi. Cable TV in Bedroom and Wifi Roku in Living Room. Must be 21 years of age or older to rent this property. No Motorcycles allowed or trailers.

The Space:
Space for cozy cooking in the kitchen area where you will find a microwave, efficiency stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and cabinet storage. The Verandas 708 is also equipped with a TV in the Main Bedroom with Cable and Living Room with Internet Roku. Laundry in unit too. Cable TV in Bedroom and Wifi Roku in Living Room.

Overall the property was very nice and clean. The apartment itself was nicely decorated and also clean and plenty of towels. However, do not try to cook.The fire alarm will go off and the dryer does not work. This is an HOA property.They do not allow smoking or hanging towels from balconies. They lock the beach access through the pool at 10 o'clock.So you have to walk around to get back.
