Domestic disturbance
Started off good , check in was easy and location was nice. My wife and I come down a few times a year and have friends in the immediate area. Everything was good until about midnight, from then on it was down hill. Our neighbors were drunk , fighting and throwing things . Finally about 115am we felt it was necessary to call 911 as the situation seemed to intensify. I understand the booking agent can’t vet people to verify their character and ensure that situations like this don’t happen . My frustration was checking out, speaking with the manager, although she seemed nice , her attitude was , well there’s nothing we can do about it. As a business owner , I have a good understanding of what can be done and should be done to ensure a customer is happy. We are not folks who take or want anything for free nor give bad reviews for a bug or something stupid. However, this review is warranted due to the nature of the event and the fact we weren’t able to sleep the rest of the night. So much for a nice getaway with my wife.
