This popular two tower ocean front building offers a lazy river, an ocean front pool, indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, 2 over sized ocean front hot tubs, an exercise/fitness room, high speed internet, separate dining room, outdoor tables on balcony, fully equipped kitchen, built in microwave, radiant stove top oven, breakfast bar, nice size living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, washer, dryer, granite counter tops, ceramic tile floors and large outside storage units for beach items. Over 1500 Square Feet of living space! Master bedroom has a king size bed, huge walk in closet, with a private jacuzzi bath tub in master bath, double sinks, separate door to ocean front balcony and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two queen size beds with an adjacent full hallway bath. New 55 inch Smart TV in Living Room.

In front of Crescent Shores there is parasailing, jet ski rentals and banana boating. Each unit has been professionally decorated.. The sunset views are amazing!

We are minutes from Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure, Championship Golf Courses, a Public Country Club at Barefoot Resort and just a short drive away from many Putt Putt Courses, Broadway at the Beach, NASCAR, Myrtle Waves Water Park, and Dixie Stampede Theater.

The condo was not as clean as I would have preferred. The counter was sticky, there was crumbs on the couch which was dirty and the floor, there was mold in the shower, hair gobbed in the bath tub filter and along the side of the tub. The carpet in the living room was all bent so that there was creases to trip on. Other then that we had a wonderful time.

We had a great time. We had everything we needed. I really love the jetted bathtub. We love the balcony and the view. The previous renter left some stuff in the outside storage unit, so we weren’t able to put our stuff in there. This was our second time at this condo, and we look forward to our next visit.

We had a great vacation. The room we stayed in was nice but not the cleanest. The refrigerator had crumbs and spills from the previous people. A lot of left over items from the previous people like food left in cabinets and piles of shells and sand on the balcony table.

There were several maintenance and cleaning issues that we had to over-look. I was reprimanded by the VRBO rep for not contacting him through the VRBO app. He would have had the cleaning crew back to clean. We were already there and didn't want to spoil our time there. We did some of the cleaning and moved on. I did try contacting maintenance using the number on the paperwork in the condo to be told he doesn't do maintenance for them anymore. By the way, 2 things - (1)no golf carts are allowed on property and (2)don't check in at 4:00 as it is overly crazy.

What a great stress free vacation. The building provides luggage carts and shopping carts for use, so getting in and out was a breeze!! Unlike some other places I've stayed at, we went right up to the unit got the key and boom we were on vacation! No check in desk situation here!The unit was just as pictured . The photos with the blue sofas and stainless steel appliances are the most recent. The mattress in the master bedroom was good. Lots of hot water and the AC worked great . The buildings 3 elevators were all working and there was never more than a few seconds wait time. The beach area was right out the back door. No roads to cross. Rental chairs were a bit pricey about 45 per day for 2 chairs and one umbrella. We stopped at the local Walmart and picked up 2 chairs and clip on Umbrellas for under 30 and used them all week. The pool and lazy river were great and were fully heated. Just note they do NOT allow any umbrellas there. Not even my little clip on. This is a recent new rule and even several of the full time residents were surprised by this. It made it difficult to read with the glare and very hot after a few minutes. Other than that one glitch it was great. My one suggestion to the owner- more towel bars please! The small one by the shower leaves you no room for a wet wash cloth or hand towel. Overall a great stay. I would definitely come back!

Great location, really nice condo

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was as described and well stocked. I really enjoyed having Cable since I no longer have it at home. You can't beat the location! You can walk to get ice cream or a quick bite at a pub. There are plenty of restaurants within 3 miles. If you are like me, and prefer to rent the beach chairs and umbrellas, you can do that easily in this location. The parking deck is right across this street, quick walk, and there is a LOT of parking. You don't have to try to squeeze in on the first floor, just keep going up and there is plenty of room. I would rent again.

Very nice!

The condo was really nice! It was so nice to have the beach right here and always pleasant to listen to the waves. The kitchen could use some pots and maybe a cookie sheet, but we made do with what we had and cooked dinner a couple times. We didn’t know there was a bike fest starting while we were here. The engines and the radios were so loud! The place is very nice and just about any store or restaurant is within a short drive.

Overall, we were pleased with this condo. We did spend the first couple hours cleaning the kitchen, dining and living area. We pay a cleaning fee and expect to find it clean. This was disappointing. The other thing we were surprised about was the lack of pots, pans, and general cooking items. We stayed for a month and did not go out to eat every night. It was difficult to cook, bake, or use the microwave. There was an over abundance of glasses, but only 3 wine glasses. The owner should really go through the kitchen to see the condition of the pans, etc especially fir renting long term during off season.

AMAZING BEACHFRONT VIEW

My sister and I stayed her for a week. The condo was exactly as described. We did a lot of cooking dinners in, so the pots and pans were adequate. We did have to improvise some as pots were lacking. The balcony was great, so roomy anddining outside and playing cards.

We loved our condo and all of Crescent Shores! It looked exactly like it was pictured. The condo was super comfortable and roomy. Loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean! Loved Molly Darcy’s right next door. Plenty of parking and easy iin and out of the garage. Will definitely stay here again.

Key

The key was is a lock box in the closet by the door. That was not relayed to us and the guys who monitor parking thankfully knew and told us. In future I suggest you put that info in the check-in email.
