A short walk or golf cart ride to the wide expansive beach and fishing pier. Walkable to restaurants, shops, mini golf, ice cream shop less than 1 block away. This professionally decorated light filled home features an open great room with large sectional sofa, dining table with seat for 8-10 and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and additional dining for 4. 6 flat screen TV's. Our 2023 6 person electric golf cart is available for rent at a discounted rate for our guests. Elevator only available upon special request. Owner reserves the right to allow access to the elevator.

House was acceptable clean but needs updates such as air conditioning, bathroom space, and pest control. We did not know until 1 week prior when we received the instructions that we could not turn the air conditioner below 74 degrees. There were several roaches seen unsode the house. The bathrooms do not have mats for when you get out of the shower. The shower stall in one bathroom is hard to enter and you get soaked turning on the water because door opens from opposite side. The doshwasher went out on the second day, however, the property manager addressed and had disposable stuff delivered. Instructions stated someone would come and clean hot tub and pool on Wednesday but they did not.There were front panels and drawers missing on one of the chest of drawers in bedroom. House and refrigerator needs better cleaning between renters. Overall good location, however, its busy and loud when the putt putt is open until 11. They play loud music. I would stay again of price was cheaper. I would have rented somewhere else if I knew about the AC policy prior to a week before.

Family Beach Trip

We stayed for a week with 9 adults. The elevator was very helpful for my in laws. The check-in process was seamless. The views from the front and back are nice. The hot tub and pool were so relaxing. The grill was very convenient and perfect for 2 days of grilling. The rooms were all spacious and the beds are comfortable. We all ate together and played board/card games with plenty of room for everyone. The fridge and freezer easily accommodated the 625 worth of groceries we purchased upon arrival. You must rent the golf cart to get around it was awesome. We drove it to the beach and every morning to Tropical Smoothie. Bridget and Terry are excellent hosts that quickly responded to the only two issues we had: the hot water wasn't getting hot and I just had to reset the water heater by push of a button in bedroom closet, golf cart wouldn't charge and Terry promptly swiped out the cord. Book now!

Perfect place for 5 adults on a golf trip. Close to everything. The house was clean and the host was very communicative. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to stay in the North Myrtle Beach area.

Wonderful

I am not one to write a review but I had too! First of all, the owners Bridget and Terry were fantastic! Great people to work with. The house was amazing. The beach is a little too far to walk. Rent the golf cart. It was a God send with small babies ! The house was stocked with everything. We watched fireworks from inside the living room on three different nights! Location was great We walked to mini golf and ice cream shop. Pool was clean and refreshing. I would highly recommend staying here! We had such a good time we can’t wait go back next year!!

Location was near the beach and enjoyed several golf courses. Eat at several great seafood restaurants. Elevator for the grandparents made it so much earlier for them getting around. Will stay again!

Excellent Choice

The house was nice and the perfect size for our family. Location was great, easy access to the beach and public parking. Had a couple minor issues, but communication with the property manager was a breeze. Quick response and issue was quickly taken care of. Again, minor issue, but was responded to and taken care of like it was major. Excellent customer service on their part. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
