Beach House with Pool - Pet Friendly

Enjoy our private 3 bedroom (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full), 2 bathroom, beach house with in-ground pool. Located just 500 feet from the beach in the family friendly Crescent Beach section, it's a short 2 1/2 minute walk to the beach. We offer a fully equipped Kitchen, Living Room with queen sleep sofa, and Dining area. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and free internet. We have a fenced in back yard with an in-ground pool, patio furniture and umbrella, just in case you don't want to venture out to the beach. You'll find plenty of parking in our wide four car driveway. Our house is pet friendly (dogs up to 75lbs. – No Cats) with a $100.00 non-refundable Pet Fee. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during summer months. We do rent weekly or monthly during the winter months. Please note that this is a Non-Smoking house!

We stayed last year and it was much cleaner and nicer. The keys were not in the lockbox, I had to clean the refrigerator and sweep the floor, clean the bathtub and sink was a mess. The HVAC air cleaner was filthy and don't like the palmetto bugs that was found every day dead on the floor. Much disappointed. The outside funiture needs repaired and the dogs are scratching on the doors. The closet was a mess with jammed in pillows and blankets. The walk to the beach was dirty, the neighbors had 6 garbage bins for days next to road for pickup. Another house was cleaning out the mess and it stunk. Very disappointed.

We loved our stay at this cute little beach bungalow:) It was perfect! The pool was awesome for days that we didn’t want to go to the beach but the beach was only a very short walk! Close to everything but in a neighborhood so we could walk our little fur baby. Definitely hope to stay again North Carolina

Perfect getaway

We came for bikeweek and normally stay in murrells inlet or surfside but wanted a more lowkey stay with our family and furbaby. The house was very clean and hosts are very welcoming! The pool lady was a hoot and was in and out! The neighborhood was quiet. Will hope to stay here again in the future. Location was close to Walmart and other markets and not far from barefoot landing and a few minutes from heart of Myrtle!

Great location, love the pool

We had a wonderful time during our spring vacation.The private fenced backyard with pool was perfect for our dog and kids. Very close to the beach, which was also great! (There were a few palmetto bugs, but it did not stop our enjoyment)

Our 2nd Myrtle Beach Stay

Our stay here was excellent. Upon arrival the house was spotless. A real close walk to the beach. The location of the house is in close proximity to the stores for shopping. We loved our stay and will come back again.

Great vacation spot

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay very much. This home is in a wonderful location close to everything with an easy walk to the beach. It fit our family perfectly. The home could use a deep cleaning, but I’m sure that will be done prior to vacation season. Would stay again! Thank you!

Family vacation

Location is great. Palmetto bugs were a problem this year. Front bathroom toilet kept clogging up. Front right stove burner didn’t work. No light in the fridge/freezer. Nothing mentioned about a bug person so didn’t let him in the house. Non stick cookware is scratched.

Nice rental

This cozy house was just enough for us. This was our second summer renting this house. It has more than enough space. The few minute walk to the beach is amazing. Love the pool as well. And the fenced in backyard for our dog to relax is a nice feature. Only negative was both years had a few palmetto bugs in the house. Might be no way to prevent that in that town but still icky.

Great spot

Had a wonderful time. House is very close to beach, less than a 5 minute walk. Had an outdoor shower for wiping off all the sand from the beach. Backyard was fenced in for privacy and we were able to let our dog roam free. The in ground pool was well maintained and had lots of floats for our use. The front bedroom could use a new mattress and a couple of the tv’s in the bedrooms need updated. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Such a cute welcoming house. Enough room for everyone and the pool was great and clean. Not an issue with anything. Filling the pool was easy since it was so hot outside it evaporated overnight. Only wish list would be outside lights to sit and use pool at night. Would stay again!!!

Love this house!

This is my families 5th time staying at this house. We love it there. It is in a great location close to everything in the area. We love that it is only a short walk to the beach and that it has a private pool. And that it is pet friendly. Everything is always super clean and owners are great and fast to reply to all communications. We even left some special items behind this time and they are going to take the time to ship them to us. We will be coming back again.

Needs a deep clean!

Location is perfect, short walk to beach access. Pool area and patio funiture is nice. Back yard was great. Although there is no door that leads to the backyard, there is a side door and access is threw the side gate.This house needs a deep clean on the inside. Also really could use some new furniture. I do appreciate being able to bring pets, as we always travel with them but still expect to have clean house and funiture.
