Family accommodation in North Mackay

Lots of dust, toilet seat broken, termites in bathroom, insects etc down side of fridge. Staff were very helpful and polite. Didn't know restaurant was closed down until arrival.

Over its good if you are staying for few days.

Good size room. Quite off the road. Cont. Breakfast was basic. Pool out of action due to renos.

Beds feel like you are sleeping on clouds , felt very welcomed.. beautiful BBQ area nice and relaxing to even just sit at , definitely will book again

Recommend extra keys for guests who have more than one person in their group. Room was clean but furniture, walls , bathrooms all dated

I would never stay here again. The room stunk of smoke, there were marks on the carpet & walls. Dead bugs on the window sill. Tv remote didn't work. The bed was the worst I've slept in for a long time. Two singles pushed together which is standard in a lot of places these days but if u lay on one side there was a 5-10cm height difference on the two sides. It was not pleasant. Other than the windows above the bed there's no natural light AND there's a building site behind you that start wk at 0630. Way overpriced for what it was. Check in & parking were no issue
