Very good spot for families with small kids. They offer a huge free breakfast wirh many great choices and it starts at 6am for those with early risers like us.

We started our trip with the pool area. The hot tub was out of order and brown. The bathrooms were all out of toilet paper, paper towels and soap. When we finally got into our room, the bathroom smelled so bad, like someone just finished using it. There was also brown staining on the walls around the toilet. The worst part of our trip was the people above us. From 4 pm to 9 pm, it sounded like there was a basketball game above us with constant banging and smashing on the ground. We called down to the main desk and she said there was nothing they could do about it since quiet time did not start until 10 pm. We had a 4 year old trying to sleep at 7:30 and said he could not sleep from all the banging from the floor above. I called back again and asked if there was anything they could do, and the manager stated she could make a courtesy call, but not ask them to stop since it was their "policy". this happened two nights in a row, so bad that we left and will never come back to this facility. Also, there was a dog in the room next door who would bark at the dog across the hall which would happen from time to time also. This was unfortunate since we previously stayed here and enjoyed ourselves.

Great customer service,coffee all day! Is close to everything. The only thing that wasn't very clean was the bathroom at the water park. Other than that it was clean. The staff was excellent!

Great Hotel! Especially for families with children. Awesome water park my kids really had fun for Christmas vacation. Breakfast was good. Great staff!! Cleanings of the room was not to satisfy, only towels was changed, not vacuumed or wiped down especially for staying for a long period of time.. that was a bummer. Overall we enjoyed our stay.. great restaurants around the area, everything was close by. Great Christmas we had! Thanks.. Happy Holidays.

Room felt clean and comfortable and no odors. The TV remote didn't work correctly but luckily we didn't need it often. The kids love the pool area, it was very fun. Just to nore, there was no place to actually swim. It was all wading pool and slides for the kiddos.

The room was very clean the staff were very courteous and friendly and what I loved best was the water park even though I'm not a kid I enjoyed the water slides in the hot tub. A few of the things in the room were tricky to figure out but we managed and it worked out
