Staff was friendly. This hotel is definitely more appropriate for younger kids. Pool is only water slides - there is no regular pool for swimming. There is free swim for a couple of hours in the shallow water at the end of the slides. Hot tub only accommodates up to 5 adults so on a busy weekend, you have to go on a wait list. The hallways were extremely hot and the room was probably around 80 degrees even when the heat completely shut off on a January night. Complimentary breakfast was better than expected with lots of options. They also had a make your own sundae night and played Sing 1 and 2 which was nice. Having an 11 year old - it wasn’t worth the price but if you have young kids - may be worth it.

It fully met our expectations. The hotel was full, but the service was excellent. The breakfast was varied and the room was comfortable and clean as much as possible. The building needs some maintenance, such as painting and the wallpaper, which has some spots that are torn off and dirty, but nothing that affected our stay. I would return and recommend the hotel to friends.

Decent property with friendly staff. The indoor slides are ok for smaller kids with the kiddie pool. However, besides virtually non existent housekeeping the main issue I had was that the hotel website is misleading as THERE IS NO ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING ONSITE. Even the staff was unsure why the website had this shown!
