Nicely decorated. Great location. Appreciated gas grill. Needs some maintenance and a guide to nearby restaurants would be nice. Wooden Adirondack chairs need to be replaced with something more comfortable. Bed linens could be improved upon. Beach chairs are broken and need to be replaced, or just don’t offer at all. Maybe 7 days is too long to stay in a tiny house, though we were very creative in using all bins, baskets and hooks. It’s doable but need more “soft” space to hang out.

it was a wonderful cottage. didn't miss that there isn't a washer / dryer on the property. Lovely spot for two people to enjoy all that the cape has to offer. Would definitely consider renting the cottage again.

Cutest little cottage on Cape Cod! Perfect accommodations and location for us to attend a Chatham friend's wedding events over the weekend. We are appreciative that we could bring our two dogs along as well. Thank you for sharing this lovely space!

Great get-away home for a couple

The property was excellent. Very bright, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed sitting out back in the evenings and just enjoying the space. Very close to perfect for a couple. The only improvements I would suggest would be the toilet operation as we always needed to remember to manually push back the lever to keep the toilet from running. Also we needed to be mindful of limited hot water. It was never really a problem as we kept our showers brief. I suggest a tankless system to the owners. They are very economical and no issues with supply if sized properly. My wife would have preferred a couch to Aderondack chairs for seating, but I found the chairs to be a nice accent to the space and adding to the cape vibe. The house was welcoming and well provisioned with supply items. Decent parking. Felt private. Easy access to a coffee shop and a raw bar. Nice location. Very well managed. Worth the 5 stars and highly recommended at its reasonable price point. We'd definitely stay there again. It was great!

Our stay at the cottage in Chatham Ma. was super nice! The cottage is even better in person! It was perfect for the two of us and our small dog! Clean, comfortable… it really had every thing you would need for a cozy stay and more! We would definitely stay again! It was perfect for us!
