Beautiful place! Loved the hottub on the deck, but having a block (curtain or something) would’ve been preferable. It looks like there used to be one. Keurig didn’t work in the room. Room was large and comfy. Nice staff. Food was good in the restaurant and coffee shop.

Very nice staying for a relax trip. Hotel is a little bit outdated but very well maintained. The Outdoor hot spring is very nice and the indoor structure with Sauna, jacuzzi, large pool and kids pool is worth the visit. The hotel restaurant is a bit pricy and other dining options is 10 min driving. Overall is a good place for retreat, worthy to be back. 🙌

This site felt like a mid-price hotel chain & lacks the fine details you expect from a Spa Resort. Beautiful lobby! A table with a puzzle set up & some games would be a great addition. The grounds are very well groomed, but need better path lighting at night. There are robes in the rooms, but no hooks in the room for your towels, swimsuit & robes. Restaurant & bar had a nice menu & great service. Priced higher than expected, but it's convenient as you have to drive 10 minutes or more for anything else. Front desk manager was dismissive and didn't address our needs. Spa is not at all on par with other spa resorts & the services were very amateur & basic. Spa manager was very receptive to feedback as they've only been open a few months. This property has great potential & I really hope they listen to feedback to make it something really special.

The large multiple hot tubs were great after a long day of hiking. Beautiful lobby, nice bar and restaurant. Would have loved screen doors for the patio to listen to the rain at night and some little walking trails on the property. But very relaxing.

The resort itself was clean and nice. Available coffee in the rooms could be better. The food in the dining area was good but the environment not ambient. I was told this place was almost a rehab center and it definitely had that feel: spartan but everything you needed. We ended up with an ADA bathroom and the light was WAY too bright: especially for getting up at night. The grounds are beautiful and the outdoor hot tub was particularly nice. I am a lap swimmer and also really enjoyed the pool: which could have been a BIT cleaner but was otherwise in great shape. The pool/hot tub area was quite open and had the feeling of an historic lodge. The lobby was beautiful and and also had a grand fireplace that gave it a lodge-like feel. By comparison the rooms were a bit bland.

We went just for the pool and hot tub, and it did not disappoint. They did an amazing job building that area. The outdoor hot tub was not up and running yet. The only downside is the putt putt golf course was not kept up.
