Absolutely horrible!!!! The room smelled do bad of human urine. It made us gag! The front desk moved us into another room. Which TV had no service, also 1/2 of electrical outlets wouldn’t work! Had to try and sleep on pull out couch! Left our cloths on re cleanliness. I’ve stayed in slot of hotels over past 12 years! This was horrible!

The room was clean and beds comfy,but could have used some upgrades such as a new tv. It had a very snowy picture. Staff was very courteous especially the young gentleman that came to assist with the heat. He responded quickly and got it going right away.

This was our second stay here, we were dead tired, arrived at almost dark and were greeted by a happy proficient man. He had us set up quickly! He did ask us to come in and out the middle door or the back door as we had two dogs with us. Our room was very comfy, beds were good, plenty of pillows, air was warm. We went out and grabbed dinner and brought it back to the room. No issues at all with breakfast, it was plentiful and fresh. Everyone in the dining room was happy. I would not hesitate in booking this hotel room again!

There was no hot water available to bathe, the telephone to access the front desk was not working and the smoke detector in our room was beeping all night. The hotel refused to reimburse us for our stay. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Staff was pleasant. Rooms were very outdated and furniture showed extreme wear. Bathroom amenities were very small. Breakfast was typical continential breakfast, quantities were sparse and had to ask for items to be refilled.
