The room was nice, beds comfy. Room service never changed our beds or cleaned our bathroom in the 4.5 days we were there. Maybe that's not normal but with 5 people it would be nice. The pool wasn't working which is the reason we chose this hotel over the comfort inn so for christmas break and a bunch of kids, it was disappointing. The lobby stunk like sewage for 4 days for no reason they could give us. The breakfast was ok but so much of it was processed food that seemed packaged or stale. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to help in many ways. It wouldve been nice to have the coffee bar open and fresh throughout the day.

Parking was limited when we arrived. This was mainly due to several guests being double parked. We ended up having to park along the edge of the lot, which didn’t feel particularly safe as any further was not lit up. But other than that, our stay was great.
