Let the booker beware. I booked an accessible room through Expedia. The room I got was not accessible. I spoke to the front desk, and they said that was Expedia‘s fault. They said the room was hearing accessible. They said they did not have a handicapped accessible room available. Makes no sense. Clearly someone who selected an accessible most likely assumed the room would be handicapped accessible.

The front desk staff, checking in, was friendly and it went smoothly. The room had some minor cleanliness issues. The check-out staff, while not rude, was very "ho-hum" in personality. The biggest drawback is there is no breakfast option in the hotel for Tuesday and Wednesday mornings so you have to go out to get anything more than a granola bar.
