Relaxing

Moving out of an apartment and needing somewhere to stay to ensure the apt cleaniness is completed for management. It was a chaotic move but the room make up for it. It was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Thank you.

The rooms are not being well maintained. The shower head looked like it was going to fall off the wall, the sink faucet looked like it was going to fall off as well. The toilet did not always flush properly and a lot of the power outlets looked damaged or did not work. This is sad because everytime I visit VB I stay at this place. I really dont like to see it being taken care like this.

The morning desk clerk was unfriendly, I was woken up by loud music, and although I reserved a King bed, I was given a room with two beds and designated as handicapped.

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very polite with great customer service. We booked through Expedia and were very happy with our booking. Breakfast was very good, and the weight room was very nice. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was clean. My husband and I enjoyed going for a walk around the nearby lake!

I had worked late one night and asked if I could check out late so I could sleep. Was told by the night staff to speak with the manager in the morning. I set an alarm called down in the morning to be told " we dont have a manager like that" " we dont do late check out" and thry hung up not letting me say anything back.
