I reserved an accessible room and at check in asked the front desk staff if the room was accessible. The front desk told me yes. However, the room assigned did not meet expectations. I was traveling with my sister who is in a wheelchair. Although the room was larger, access to the bathroom was difficult as her wheelchair did not fit through the doorway. Also the shower was difficult to navigate without a shower chair or bench and the doorway to the shower was extremely tight. I will not book with this property again since they were not able to deliver what we needed.

Very clean. Excellent space for a family - lots of room and a modern clean layout and style. Indoor pool was great for the kids. Very quiet hotel even though the parking lot was full and we passed lots of people in lobby and elevator. We loved having a big fridge, kitchen sink, dishes, knives and cutting board for prepping. Very comfy bed. HVAC was effective - the room stayed the right temperature and never got muggy or damp and wasn’t noisy. A+. Staff seemed helpful and friendly. This hotel and other Home2 suites will be our go-to from now on for family trips.
