This is an average property located pretty central in Norfolk , the rooms are big and maintained decent but not everyday which can be a problem if it was not cleaned properly. Everything is pretty much straight forward and you get what you see here

This was a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay. We signed up for daily housekeeping and we stayed 3 nights and we did not get service any day. Lastly, while I understand this hotel is close to the airport I expected more out of the breakfast than small grab and go options. Definitely not many options to sit and enjoy! But on the bright side we made smores out by the fire and it kept us warm on the chilly/windy days while we were there!

The service was exceptional. The room was missing all trash bags and small towels. There were some pills just under the front of the couch. Other than that, all use amenities met our needs. Breakfast was great and the staff st the front desk were friendly, of good humor, and courteous.
