Awful

I woke up to a cancelation on the day I was supposed to leave for my trip. I sent a message with my booking detailing what my trip was about and who all would be included... nothing but family and my new baby. If the host was going to cancel, then it should have been done immediately after my booking. Or the place should not have been available period. With the host canceling so late, my funds were then tied up in waiting and it is a holiday so needless to say finding another place on short notice was never going to happen. He could have messaged or emailed me and i would have had a chance to make another decision. What a waste of time considering this property! Bad customer service...
