With its modern/contemporary styling, Casa Pristine in the exclusive Malmok/Arashi area of Aruba lives up to its name. However, it is not just the lovely and clean aesthetics of this large apartment that makes it a must see. The 645 sq. ft. (60 m2) apartment is located at a 5 minute walking distance from Aruba's beautiful Malmok Beach and Boca Catalina (or a quick 30 second drive). Cannot forget to mention that the view from the apartment is stunning!

Casa Pristine was constructed in 2022 in the exclusive Malmok/Arashi area of Aruba, which is known as the Beverly Hills of Aruba. This large 1-bedroom apartment lives up to its name with its clean, sleek, modern and minimalist style. Beach-goers could not wish for a better location, as Casa Pristine is a quick 5-minute walk from Aruba's beautiful Malmok Beach and Boca Catalina (or a quick 30-second drive). Beach chairs and a large rolling Igloo jug are included, which can be used to keep your drinks cold while at the beach.

Once inside, the apartment boasts a large bedroom and a modern bathroom. In addition, the apartment boasts a large, breezy living room with a 60-inch Smart TV in the living room and a 55-inch Smart TV in the bedroom (both including Netflix and IPTV with thousands of worldwide channels) and modern open kitchen. The living room sofa can be converted into a king size sofa bed. The kitchen includes kitchen utensils, cooking pots and pans, microwave, stove and mini-oven. There is a 4-seat dining table in the living room. There is also a small patio which includes comfy patio furniture ideal for lounging once the sun goes down, and a portable gas BBQ grill which guests may make use of, not to mention the newly developed charming seating area which overlooks the saliña.

The spectacularly elegant infinity pool and pool(deck) furniture, located at the main villa, are open to guests from MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS 9:00AM to 6:00PM.

Wifi is free, unlimited and there is a strong internet connection throughout the entire apartment. The bedroom and living room are fully air conditioned. Fresh sheets and bath towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer available for your use.

Our host is a true Super Host. Cliff was very friendly and welcoming. He was attentive to our needs. All minor issues were resolved quickly and always with a smile. The apartment was comfortable. The Infinity Pool was great!! Maid service which was an additional charge was excellent. Wonderful time! Great accommodation!

This was our first trip to Aruba and really didn’t know what to expect but have much experience with renting VRBO. We worked with a gentleman named Clifford for this rental and he was very accommodating and responsive. The property is a guest house of a main villa and was secluded from street traffic and people which we found very appealing. The property was very clean with access to things like beach chairs, cooking utensils, American streaming services(Netflix and Prime), a grill, pool, AC, etc.. The only two knocks on the property are the bed was pretty firm (completely subjective) and my wife was wanting some reading lamps next to the bed for some night-time reading. Even with that, I’d totally recommend this property!

Location was great, at the quieter end of island, beautiful beach a 5 minute walk or quick car ride. Town is only a short drive away. So much to explore, you will need a car, apartment is spotless, plenty of living space. The owner, Cliff, is always available. Definitely recommend this spot.

Honestly, the actual building and environment is as nice as it appears in the photos. Both my wife and I are in our mid to late 60s, but fit, and it only took us seven minutes to walk to the beach at the end of the street. So, as you can tell, the location is fantastic and very easy to get to. There is a separate gate entrance with path that leads directly to the apartment. The apartment was clean and the floor plan was very efficient with very comfortable room sizes for the two of us. Cliff, the property owner, was extremely responsive to any email contact we made with him from restaurant recommendations to coffee maker location, and everything in between. As a matter of fact, everything worked so smoothly we never did actually meet him personally, but we really didn’t need to. Literally, the only consistent issue we had was with an inconveniently functioning front door which apparently was scheduled to be fixed after we left.Thank you so much for everything Cliff! Next time we come back to Aruba we will definitely be in touch.By the way, the pool was a phenomenal way to end each afternoon and is a work of art.Much appreciation!Ron & Linda, Cleveland Ohio

Close to tourist attractions-Great host

Overall my trip started out from another place so I was relieved to find this place. It’s in a safe neighborhood with beautiful modern homes. It has its on separate entrance and I felt good about my decision. There is no pool access on weekends so if that bothers you this won’t be the place for you. Otherwise any issues that I mentioned were handled in a prompt way. I liked the full option to cook few meals myself. There is nice cooler and some beach chairs. No umbrella is included so that has to be rented elsewhere. The beaches are so close. Quick 3-5 minute drive to multiple beaches. Aruba is HOT so walking for me wasn’t an option. I rented a car and that worked perfectly so I could go to local and tourist places. If you’re a super clean freak like me you will want to likely bring some supplies to clean up a bit. While the place is very modern it could use a little more of deep cleaning. The main areas were clean but the bathroom not so much. I would still come back to this location. The host and location make it worth it.

To Arashi Beach with ease

Wonderful proximity to north beaches that only required a 3 minute drive to Arashi. Excellent space for two persons. Possessed ample kitchen resources if you prefer to eat in. Two-in-one washer/dryer available and we brought our own detergent pods. Grocery stores and hotel district was 5-10 minutes away. A rental car is essential for this location but worth the freedom of movement.

Cute house, perfect location.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location 30 second drive from the beach. Good facilities. Excellent air conditioning. We found Cliff’s welcome and departure procedure to be seamless and no-nonsense. It’s a unique property with expansive views, and a really one of a kind backyard.

Great location for activities

10 minute walk to Boca Catalina - easiest access to snorkel spots. 15 min bike ride for mountain biking on Alta Vista and Tribu trails. Another 15 min north to California lighthouse. House was private, quiet and relaxing with nice views of the pond out back and stars at night.
