Just returned from a 7 day stay and could not have been happier. Resort is beautiful and very well maintained. Beach and three pools are gorgeous. Dinner at Ruinas Del Mar was excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and immaculate. Be sure to reserve your palapa four months in advance, as we did, if you want front row views; it’s well worth it. We also rented a Trankilo one day at the adults-only pool and it was amazing. Short walk to the plaza and restaurants. We’ve stayed at the Hilton twice before, and while we enjoyed staying there, the Hyatt is much nicer. We’re already planning a return trip here in December. Highly recommended!

The property is beautiful and clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. The Hyatt is located in walking distance to excellent restaurants and shopping. The beach has calm waters and soft sand. The only downside was the daily purchase of umbrellas and huts.

The rooms were a little lack luster but it was clean. The beds were comfortable. I feel it was a little expensive for the room but we were happy staying there and would again.
