The staff were friendly! But this hotel was extremely outdated and would definitely not consider this a 4 star hotel. The Rooms were clean enough for the short time I was there but again should have been cleaner and definitely should be updated.

It is beautiful, clean property. Few things which must be improved: 1) When we arrived Front Desk service said they don't have room which we ordered 2 queen beds and sofa, but they gave us only 1 option room with 1 king bed and 1 sofa with partially ocean view. This room is smaller, but has view. Usually when Hotel doesn't have room which we ordered they provided couple of other options, not one. 2) Need more explanation how work beach reservations. We scanned code and reserve every day

We have stayed here twice now and we love that it is right on a beautiful beach and there is a lot of shopping and dining options right across the street. The only negatives are there is a bar that stays open until 2pm and blares music so it's hard to get to sleep with all the noise. Also it could be updated, the rooms are nothing fancy.

The property is in a great location, and the house cleaning staff is amazing. The reason i gave it a lower score was due to the very young boys (highschool seniors) that are allowed to stay there unattended and ruined my last night of the trip by tripping the fire alarm due to being mischievous. We had to evacuate the building at 4:30 in the morning and management provided no compensation for this. The boys were hauled off to jail!

The three thibgs we did not like about Holiday Inn is we could not make phone calls in our room. You had to call the operator to make a call. We mase phone calls on my cell phone before we found oot to call the opator. This is the only hotel we experienced this. The next thing we experienced was that housekeeping did not leave hand towels and wash clothes in our room. We had to find someone from housekeeping and askvfor the wash clothes and hand towels. The last and worst was that on the 4th floor where our room was a big dead roach right by the elevators. This was a very disgusting thing to see on your way to breakfast. It certainly tuined our appetite. It makes you think how clean the Holiday inn is. We reported it to thwe front desk.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the facility seemed very run down, the beach was filthy (seaweed, trash, etc…,). Lounge chairs and huts also need updating.
