My place is ideal for small families or couples who like space for themselves.

In front of my place you can park your (rental) car for free on a private parking place with landscaped garden and relaxing wooden deck where you can sit and relax.

Airconditioned (energy friendly - inverter) living room with relaxing couch, bar and spacious, open kitchen with all modern appliances. Two modern bathrooms with hot water facility. Alarm system provided.

Three cozy bedrooms with closets, energy friendly airconditioners and flatscreen tv's. Two bedrooms with king size beds and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. Cooler and beach chairs provided by host. Wooden deck in private back garden with table & chairs, bbq area and laundry facilities.

My place is located in the 24/7 secured residential, fully gated community called Palma Real in the heart of Palm Beach's commercial area with banks, car rentals, gasoline station, hairdresser, restaurants, bars and night clubs within a short walking distance (5-15 min) and just a few car minutes (5-10) away from the best beaches (Arashi / Boca Catalina / Eagle Beach), shopping malls (Paseo Herencia / Palm Beach Plaza) and the High Rise hotel area with more shopping facilities, restaurants, casino's and nightlife. Downtown Oranjestad is at a 15 minutes drive and the Tierra del Sol Golf course is less than 8 car minutes drive away. Take a stroll along the Palm Beach strip, relax at the community pool areas or endeavor on an island-exploring tour from this prime location; its all at your fingertips!

Directions
As you leave the airport's premises at the roundabout (first) follow the road signs towards Oranjestad. Continue and drive straight to the next roundabout (second), drive straight through downtown Oranjestad to the third roundabout. Straight towards the traffic lights where Superfood is situated. At the next roundabout you turn right. Drive through and you will find the Palma Real entrance in 500 meters on your right hand; entrance road is next to Aruba Happy Realty. Please report at the security guard.
